Oisin is the mastermind behind the pub/brewery combo and as such he has broken the habit of a lifetime, as most of his recent projects have see him buying pubs and closing them down.

Jon Kemp
Former consultant in integrated modular avionics systems and cockpit display systems for military aircraft, gardener, beekeeper, chicken fancier, mature student, prospective teacher, brewer, lover of fine ales, father of two and inhabitant of the Stroud valleys for many years.

Jon has given up his 'proper' job in the world of Aerospace research to concentrate on enjoying life, and what could be more enjoyable than running a brewery?
